Dr. Manjunath Bhat is a distinguished scholar of Sanskrit Shastra and a dedicated educator with a deep-rooted passion for Indian knowledge systems. With a Ph.D. in Pūrvamīmāṁsā and advanced Vidwat degrees in Advaita Vedanta and Mīmāṁsā, he brings both traditional scholarship and academic rigour to his teaching. He has authored several research papers and co-edited critical editions of ancient Sanskrit texts, including the Vātulaśuddhākhyatantra, published by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts. Apart from his academic contributions, Dr. Bhat is also a trained Hindustani classical vocalist and has been actively involved in cultural and manuscript preservation initiatives. Currently, he serves as the Principal of Shree Medha Dakshinamoorthy Vedabhavana Sanskrit College, Gokarna, and continues to inspire students and scholars alike through his multifaceted work.
