IIKS provides expertise in Indic knowledge studies as a service to individuals and organizations who would like to incorporate it into their curricula.

Success Criteria

The success of IIKS will be determined by the following factors:

  • Acknowledged excellence of research publication output among reputed peer institutions and communities.
  • Impact of studies from IIKS on contemporary professions in India and elsewhere.
  • Professional organizations seeking consultancy from or outsourcing research work, employee training or other activities to IIKS
  • The number of reputed organizations outsourcing their Indic knowledge education services to IIKS.
  • Students trained from IIKS placed at important positions of Indic studies and contemporary professional jobs elsewhere.
  • Role-model educational methodology emulated by others.

Specifically, we consider the following criteria as desirable but not essential:

  • Competitive differentiation relative to other institutions pursuing overlapping goals. We believe each approach has its merits, and it is healthy to have multiple institutions working towards a common goal in their own way. We are willing to collaborate where there is openness.
